Simple telephone poles

Telephone poleStain the bamboo sticks and stripwood. Cut bamboo sticks to the height you want and the stripwood for the upper parts. Glue the stripwood parts to the bamboo stick. Cut the heads of four small spikes, glue them on. Paint the spikeheads white like porcelain. And you have a nice telephone pole. Make several and plant them inline on your layout. Then connect them with black nylon threads. The tension should allow the threads to bent all the way to the ground in the middle between to poles.
